How micro blades are manufactured?

  • Cutting:
    Manufacturing micro blades require cutting a metal sheet using a CNC machine to obtain the blade's shape. CNC machines provide high-precision cuts.

  • Heating:
    Next, the blade is heat-treated to improve its properties and make it more rigid and resistant.

  • Sharpening:
    Once the micro blade is heat treated, it undergoes sharpening processes to remove imperfections. And we use a grinding process to make the blade's edge sharper. 

  • Coating:
    After sharpening the blade's edge, its tips should be coated to help improve resistance to wear or corrosion. The most common materials used for coating are chromium and tungsten.
